REGISTRATION FEES

Please note that the conference will be held in English.

Registration fee for the Public Day on November 2nd, 2016: € 100,00.
Registration fee for the International meeting on November 3th and 4th, 2016: € 200,00.
Registration fee for the International Meeting on November 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2016: € 400,00.

Registration fee and package includes:

  • Conference fee
  • Transfer from the Airport to the Hotel and from the Hotel to the Airport
  • Participants package, including printed materials
  • Meals for 3 days (lunch and dinner) during the International Meeting on November 2nd, 3th and 4th, 2016
  • Meals for 2 days (lunch and dinner) on November 3th and 4th, 2016
  • Meal for 1 day (lunch) during the Public Day on November 2nd, 2016
  • Coffee breaks during International Meeting, 2 days conference and Public Day
  • Site visit

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION (excluding transfer cost)
Cancellation received before 1 September 2016 – a refund of 80% of the registration fee will be made.
Cancellation received before 30 September 2016 – a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made.
Cancellation received before 15 October 2016 – a refund of 30% of the registration fee will be made.
After 15 October 2016 no refund will be made.
There will be no refunds for no-shows.

All cancellations and/or changes in registration must be made in writing to the conference secretariat at petra@aflatoun.org
